Coming
from the North:
From Pisa you go to Livorno and than follow the SS 1
Aurelia until Grosseto. Here you take the exit Gr. Est.
and drive left on the N322 road for Scansano. When coming
from Firenze take the exit Certosa and follow for Siena.
Then you take the road to Grosseto. Before Grosseto
take direction Roselle. Just before the bridge turn
right, (strada dei Laghi) direction Scansano. At the
end of the road turn left on the N 322 for Scansano.Continue
and pass through the centre of Scansano, then take left
the N323 to Murci. As soon as you notice the sign «
Murci » along the road, watch carefully and take
the first (narrow and steep) road on your right (centro).
Follow this road until you reach the church. There you
will see a sign « Fantone ». 3 Km and you
are arrived!
Coming from the
South:
From Roma take the Highway until Civittavecchia and
then follow the SS 1 Aurelia direction Grosseto. After
Montalto di Castro turn right to Vulci. Then continue
to Manciano and there you take the direction Scansano.
After you have passed the village of Montemerano you
find the indication for Pomonte. Continue and after
a little you find a road at the right: Ragnaie. Drive
until the end of this road and go left for Murci.
As soon as you notice the sign « Murci »
along the road, watch carefully and take the first (narrow
and steep) road on your right (centro). Follow this
road until you reach the church. There you will see
a sign « Fantone ». 3 Km and you are arrived! |
