You have to take the following route: Murci, direction Scansano, turn left after about 6 kilometres on the Ragnaie road. At the end you turn right, direction Scansano, after 1,5 kilometre turn left on the Acquilaia road at the end of this go left to Marsiliana, here you turn right until you reach the SS1 Aurelia, and then to the beach of your choice. You have a very nice beach area between the park of the Maremma and the Oasi of Ansedonia. At Talamone you have the southern entrance of the Maremma Park: strada della Canella (a three hours walk). You can enter from 7.30 until one hour after sunset. In Osa you can rent a beach umbrella and a chair.
Interesting is a visit to the posh ports of Porto S. Stefano and Port Ercole overlooked by the medieval Spanish fortress.
